1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
Products purchased during a sale or clearance.
Accessories, innerwear, or items marked non-returnable.
Products returned without original packaging or in a used condition.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return/refund:

Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
